We’ve made a few important improvements to FastPal Leads this week. Most notably, we’re now retrieving two phone numbers for every lead we find for you:
One from Google Maps, and the other directly from the company’s legal imprint (Impressum). This gives you more options when reaching out and increases your chances of making contact.

In terms of positioning, we’ve now clearly identified two key target audiences for FastPal Leads:

  1. Early-stage startups – either before launching or just after founding
  2. Marketing and advertising agencies

To get better reach into the startup scene, I’ve decided to connect with startup incubators across Germany. While I did make a few cold calls today to marketing agencies in Münster, I think incubators and maybe even accelerators could be a more promising channel.

On a personal note, I’ve noticed that having too many scheduled meetings in one day drains my energy. So I’ve stopped scheduling them altogether.
Instead, I now call active users of FastPal Leads spontaneously or drop them a quick message on WhatsApp. This gives me more flexibility and still leads to meaningful conversations—just without the calendar overload. I may refine this approach in the future, but for now, it works really well for me.

One more thing I’m proud of:
In the past, I was often behind on my taxes and paperwork. Now I’ve brought in an external bookkeeper—and it’s been a game changer.
Not only am I saving 10–15% in accounting costs (my tax advisor used to handle this), but more importantly, I’m no longer behind on any filings or documentation. I’m genuinely happy with this setup.
