If you have a specific business idea, a landing page is always advantageous. If you send cold emails to potential customers, a landing page will increase the positive reply rate by a lot. If you are planning to get traffic from search engine marketing, then a landing page is critical - where else do you want people to go to when they click your ads?
Templates exist on the internet that can be used to create a landing page quite easily by a developer. Another option is to hire a designer, who could also easily create a landing page for you -- for example using the software Webflow. In the past, I've frequently hired people from upwork.com.
That's how I worked in the past - I either had a developer or a designer to create the landing pages for me.
If you don't want to spend money on external developers or designers, try to get someone as a co-founder.
